1960-69 Lead Point Wire . This is the specially made, heat resistant wire, with special connectors for your points and coil.  It is the wire that  connects to the points and the negative side of the coil. Old ones, after many years of service, often fray/crack from heat, that can cause an electrical short in your ignition system and can affect performance, so check it and replace it if needed.
