JUST ENJOYING ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE COUNTRY WITH ONE OF MY GIRLS. WHAT CAN I SAY, LIFE IS HARD FOR RAFEE. DON'T BE A HATER! | | | | 64 Coupe automatic with a modified 110 HP engine. Rafee has modified this car specifically to hug the curves at high speeds. It has front disc brakes & 17" wheels. What I like about this set-up is that you can go back to stock at any time without worrying about complications. The exterior color was a beautiful solar blue metallic, it has faded some under the hot California sun and is due for a new coat pretty soon. It has a personalized interior with a 500 bench seat , vinyl and cloth, a sweet combination. This car gets a lot of looks, specially from the younger generation. Often it is their first encounter with the Corvair and they are always enthusiastic.

| 65 Monza 4-door , automatic, modified with a 110 HP engine, and front disk brakes, can handle nicely up to 105 MPH and perhaps more. Has been restored for daily drive using many original , good used parts. Exterior is a unique medium bluish-grey, kind of a strange color, it was not the one we chose, but it grew on us and we are getting many compliments. Has black interior and telescopic steering , original from the factory, that is why we chose this car. The brand new white walls -a little luxury- add a classy authentic touch. As you can see, these are 3" wide white walls, they were hard to find, we had to do some research. These tires are 1957013, not those narrow pizza-cutters 1858013. This car has been all over Southern California, even to Las Vegas, Laughlin , San Francisco and Utah., maybe it passed you by, just kidding! With persistence, creativity and time, isn' t it amazing what can be done to keep this beautiful American Classic on the road ? | | | | | | | | | | |
