Payment methods:

We do accept payments in the form of money orders and certified checks. We will ship your order upon receipt, the very same day if possible; personal checks will have to clear first, time will vary based on state and financial institution.

We can ship COD, there is however a charge for us to do that, it will be added to your total and reflected in the amount you will pay the Postal Service or UPS, whichever carrier you chose.

The USPS fees for "COD" currently are of $5.75 for orders under $50, $7.10 for orders between $50 and $100, and $8.45 for orders between $100 and $200 to give you an idea.

If you send us a message at checkout with your order that you would like to pay with Paypal, we will send you a Paypal request, you need to indicate the correct e-mail address associated with your Paypal account for those who have multiple e-mail addresses.

International orders : money orders in US Dollars and Paypal are the preferred payment methods, just indicate which method you prefer.

We currently do not accept direct credit card or paypal payments on the site.

Shipping:

At Rafee Corvair, we strive to ship your items in a fast and careful manner, so nothing arrives damaged. We usually ship with one business day, sometimes a little longer if we need to build something for you. We do use recycled packaging whenever possible to minimize cost and environmental impact. We use primarily 2 carriers for domestic orders: the United States Postal Service USPS, and UPS. We gladly ship worldwide, and we can provide shipping quotes upon request, just e-mail your list. We use USPS for international orders to minimize costs and eliminate hidden broker fees charged by UPS and Fedex. We can however look into those options if you wish, just contact us with your request.

The computer module associated with USPS does not take into account the new flat rate boxes. If we can ship your item for significantly less than computed, we will refund you some money on shipping.

Inside your package, or sometimes taped to the box, there will be a packing slip, with your order number and our contact information. Please look at your parts and make sure that everything is correct when you receive your items. We do strive to complete every order correctly 100% of the time, however human error is possible, so please open the box, and contact us should you have any questions, at 918-753-2486.

Certain items carry a core charge, we do ask that you send your rebuildeable core to us within 30 days of receiving your parts.
